Just added the Baby Name widget that I designed for Babble a couple of months ago. Try it out, it's a good bit of fun!
In wholly unrelated news, the first beta of the new font has gone out to a healthy number of testers. Thanks to everyone for your interest and I look forward to feedback so I can tweak it, make it better, and finally unveil it here and eventually unleash it on the masses!

This site is coming along quickly and steadily, which is good because I'm leaving town soon for my first proper vacation ever!

Still a good chunk of content I want to add in the next few days, but for now you should totally check out The Amazing Wonderboy Makes Pancakes, the critically-acclaimed mini-comic I made last year, viewable now for the first time outside of a tiny hand-sewn paper booklet!

So I've been slowly but steadily building version 3.1* of Ducktastic.com over the past handful of days and decided that I needed to bring back the blog format for front page updates. Since this version of the site will be significantly more HTML-based than version 2, I expect updates to happen more regularly, so a "news" section will be helpful. Then again, I'm wonderfully negligent to my own personal work, so we'll see how long that lasts...

* - Version 3.0 was sketched over a year ago and even had a few pages built, but I ultimately decided it was far too complicated and scrapped it. 3.1 is an entirely different beast, but I must acknowledge that there was something else in between.

Two more weeks of Sketchjournals are up, along with a new illustration and a new Pen Sixteen song. I've been organizing a bunch of my favorite graphic design stuff that's not up yet, so that will be up sometime in the relative future, but not too soon since I'm still very busy with school, MoCCA, and, oh yeah, finding a job, along with packing up my stuff to send it home for the summer.

yes, so there's an Illustration page now. fans of the old website will notice there is significantly fewer work on display. there is a reason for this. i am going for QUALITY over quantity this time around.
also, there's three more weeks worth of Sketchjournals up. holy crap, i've been doing those for nine weeks now and i only missed two days due to homework.
i'm totally rocking a whole new format for the resume which i hope to have up in a couple days. also, feel free to hit up the Q&A section and ask me whatever you feel like.

ok, i got the icons page to work, and i also put up the initial q&a page, as well as adjusted a few things about this blog, but now i've been informed that my resume is totally lame, so i'm gonna work on that a little later.

for some reason i still don't understand the Icons page doesn't load properly. i'm going to email people to find out why. more work to come, but for now, yay, enjoy.
